What Youll Own:

End-to-end recruitment for Engineering positions

Client stakeholder management & requirement understanding

Strategic sourcing via portals & headhunting

Screening, interviews & offer management

Ensuring smooth joining & post-offer engagement

Handling escalations professionally

Leading & mentoring a recruitment team

Driving performance using ATS & recruitment metrics

What We Need: * 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment (Engineering domain preferred) * Strong account management exposure * Experience handling multiple mandates & team targets * Excellent communication & negotiation skills
