Work Mode: Onsite 5 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to hire quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and joining
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience hiring for IT Roles
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
• Proficient in ATS and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with US/Global hiring (if applicable)
• Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
