Job Description
Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for non-technical, technical and operations-focused roles (e.g., healthcare, finance and accounting, technology, BPO, shared services, frontline and leadership roles).
Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements, define candidate profiles, and create or update job descriptions aligned with business needs.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, industry networks, and proactive outreach.
Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next-stage interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Manage timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Support employer branding, talent pooling, and pipeline-building initiatives as needed.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment software.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrates strong understanding of accounting roles, healthcare roles, industry trends, and skill requirements, enabling effective candidate assessment and engagement.
Demonstrate experience in building diverse candidate pipelines and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English, to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
Willing to work on site and on flexible schedule
