Job Description

Hiring for Fintech/BFSI client.


Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across the financial year, from requisition approval to offer rollout and joining.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed TATs, hiring plans, and recruitment budgets.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with functional heads, hiring managers, and HR leadership to understand role requirements, competencies, and hiring priorities.
  • Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and closure forecasts.

Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), internal databases, referrals, and empanelled consultants.
  • Allocate requirements to empanelled consultants and drive daily follow-ups to ensure quality and volume of profiles.
  • Maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

Interview Coordination & Assessment

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
  • Collect, document, and track interview feedback using standardized Interview Feedback Forms.
  • Ensure timely feedback closure and decision-making.

Offer Management & Pre-Joining

  • Lead pre-offer discussions and internal coordination regarding offer.
  • Coordinate documentation and initiate pre-offer processes.
  • Engage with candidates during notice period to minimize dropouts.

MIS, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS including:
  • Recruitment tracker
  • Interview status and feedback reports
  • Consultant performance and duplicity checks
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and data confidentiality norms.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Act as a single point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
  • Proficient in recruitment MIS and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.



Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Any Graduate / Post-Graduate.
  • 17 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Prior experience working with recruitment consultants and job portals is essential.
