Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Recruiterto manage internal hiring needs across recruitment, sales, account management, and support functions within our US Staffing organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and closing internal positions in a fast-paced staffing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end internal recruitment lifecycle
  • Understand hiring requirements from business leaders
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds
  • Negotiate salary, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reporting dashboards
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions
  • Support employer branding and hiring campaigns

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in US IT Staffing environment)
    • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job portals
    • Good understanding of staffing industry roles (Recruiters, Bench Sales, Account Managers, Delivery Managers)
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
    • Strong follow-up and coordination skills

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience hiring for US Staffing companies
    • Exposure to performance-based hiring models
    • Strong network within staffing/recruitment community
