What Youll Own

• End-to-end hiring across Tech, Product, Design, Art, Growth & more
• Building strong talent pipelines (campus + lateral + niche hiring)
• Partnering closely with founders & pod leads on workforce planning
• Driving structured interview processes & strong candidate experience
• Employer branding initiatives for Hitwicket & upcoming titles
• Maintaining sharp TAT (we move fast 2040 days is our average)

What Were Looking For

• 24 years of experience in startup or high-growth hiring
• Strong sourcing + stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset you dont wait to be told
• Ability to assess both skill and culture fit
• Comfort hiring for creative & technical roles
• Clear communication and sharp decision-making
