Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help hire Bench Sales Executives in Indore, India.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen bench sales candidates

Conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate hiring process end-to-end

Build hiring pipeline for US IT staffing roles

Ensure candidates have experience in US staffing/bench sales

Requirements:

2+ years hiring for US IT Staffing or Bench Sales roles

Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn & Naukri or other portals

Familiar with US staffing terminology

Experience hiring in Indore preferred
