Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment along with core HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.


NOTE: This is a 6 days, work from office role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Manage job postings on portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
  • Shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline
  • Employer branding and campus hiring support (if applicable)
  • Manage onboarding and induction for new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates
  • Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance coordination
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Address employee queries and grievances
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed
  • Exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Recruitment
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proactive and result-oriented
  • Team player with strong coordination skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition
