Job Description
Synechron Technologies is seeking dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our global recruitment team. This role is pivotal in sourcing and hiring top talent for positions across various regions, including the UK, Belfast, Europe (Poland, Paris), and the APAC region (Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Japan) and the Middle East (UAE and KSA).
We are looking for recruiters with experience levels ranging from Junior Recruitment Associates to Lead-Level Recruiters. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping Synechrons future, ensuring we attract the best candidates in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various platforms and tools for sourcing candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates across multiple experience levels, ensuring a strong cultural and skill fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
- Conduct market research to understand hiring trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing diverse hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- For Junior Roles: 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
- For Mid-Level Roles: 4-6 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting, ideally with a focus on technology roles.
- For Lead Roles: 6-10+ years of extensive recruitment experience with a successful track record in managing teams and strategies.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of various talent acquisition methods and platforms.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to assess and understand candidate needs efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
