Role Overview

Were hiring a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment while owning employee engagement and people analytics. This role involves hiring, onboarding, analyzing attrition trends, and running surveys/feedback initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, offers, and onboarding.
  2. Partner closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy, improve role clarity, and drive quality closures.
  3. Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback loops, and culture-building activities.
  4. Track and analyze attrition, hiring metrics, and people data to generate actionable insights.
  5. Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and industry research to strengthen talent strategies.
  6. Build strong candidate pipelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
  7. Support core HR operations, including HRMS management, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle processes.


Desired candidate profile

  1. 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a hybrid People role, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  2. A strong builder mindset- someone who enjoys creating processes, improving systems, and solving people challenges.
  3. Genuine interest in employee engagement, culture, and workplace experience.
  4. Analytical and structured thinker, comfortable working with hiring and attrition data.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high sense of ownership.s.
