About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The role involves engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective recruitment processes. Strong communication is critical to building relationships, presenting opportunities clearly, and creating a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft job postings, emails, recruitment communications with clear and compelling language.
• Communicate with candidates across all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a positive experience.
• Coordinate effectively with hiring managers and internal teams, providing timely updates and follow-ups.
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports with clear communication of insights.
• Support onboarding and documentation, ensuring candidates receive all necessary information in a clear and professional manner.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline preferably Human Resources
• 12 years of experience in recruitment;
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using recruitment portals, and basic sourcing tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with taking up additional tasks within the HR domain.
