Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various organizational roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop effective employer branding strategies, and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle will also be a key aspect of your role.

Qualifications

Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies with Digital Marketing Agencies
Understanding of key roles in a creative agency, including AI-focused roles
Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring processes
Understanding of Employer Branding principles and their application
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office environments (hybrid)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
