Role: Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher)
Responsibilities :
- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn & referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database & recruitment tracker
- Assist with offer rollout and onboarding
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream, HR preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & job portals
- Interest in HR/Recruitment
Suitable for 01 year experience candidates starting a career in HR.
