About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an exceptional hiring experience while working closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor by understanding hiring needs and delivering targeted sourcing and attraction strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to provide guidance throughout the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, attraction, assessment, offers, and market insights.
- Act as a recruitment project manager and subject matter expert, ensuring transparent, evidencebased processes and recommending improvements to enhance the TA function.
- Maintain data quality and enable ondemand insights to support informed decisionmaking.
Qualifications
- endtoend talent acquisition, for Finance & Manufacturing hiring
- Experience in Volume & Bulk hiring for FS sector
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (Workday preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for hiring, stakeholder management, and people engagement.
