About the Role

The Junior & Senior Talent Acquisition role involves managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and scheduling the best talents through web-portals, Consultancies, References and Campus as per the requirement of the organization at PAN INDIA level for interviews.
• Conduct HR round of Interview.
• Conducting the Verifications with Ex-Employer on the event of selection.
• Issue of Offer letters, Appointment letters, Induction Kit, etc.
• Maintaining databank of resumes on the basis of various profiles and regions.
• Conducting Induction for new joiners and Communication of Policies.
• Maintaining Employee Personal Data Files, DMS etc. with timely updation.
• Grievance First round of interaction and submission of the reports to respective HOD with suggestive measures.
• Preparing the Monthly, Half yearly & Yearly MIS Reports of recruitment & onboarding.
• All other responsibilities given to you from time to time by your reporting manager / organization.

Qualifications

Graduate/ MBA in Human Resources

Experience: 3 to 7 Years in sourcing electrical turnkey projects candidates

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in recruitment processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay range and compensation package

Package: 3.50 PA to 5.50 PA
