Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Elecbits, were building the backbone of Indias electronics ecosystem helping companies go from idea to a shelf-ready product through design, sourcing, and digital manufacturing

As we scale rapidly, were looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist (24 years) who can help us hire and build strong teams across Hardware, Firmware, Embedded, and business functions.

Location: North Bangalore

What youll be working on:

Owning end-to-end recruitment for niche electronics roles

Partnering with hiring managers across R&D, Supply Chain & business teams

Building strong pipelines for Hardware, Firmware & Embedded talent

Managing candidate experience, stakeholder alignment & closures

Supporting onboarding, HR operations, documentation & people processes

Driving employee engagement and day-to-day HR ops

What were looking for:

Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment

Exposure to electronics / hardware hiring (preferred)

Ability to handle both Tech & Non-Tech roles

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup and takes ownership

High energy, proactive, and comfortable in an aggressive growth environment
