Job Description

We are seeking to hire Talent Acquisition Advisor / Specialists.

Looking for candidates with 1 - 4 years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment.

Preferred candidates with stellar communication skills and available to start immediately.

Qualification: B. Tech or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Experience in full life-cycle recruiting (sourcing to onboarding)
  2. Strong understanding of hiring strategy & employer branding
  3. Expertise in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels
  4. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
  5. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline with timely follow-ups
  6. Manage documentation, offer rollouts & onboarding coordination
  7. Strong interviewing & candidate assessment skills
  8. Knowledge of recruiting strategies, tools & market trends
  9. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements & timelines
  10. Excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
  11. Experience with ATS / HR software is a plus
  12. Ensure a seamless & positive candidate experience


Work Location: Cessna Business Park, Kadubeesanahalli Bangalore

Shift: 9.30am to 6.30pm IST

Workdays: Monday to Friday.
