Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly in the digital marketing and media sectors.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct market research to understand the talent landscape and identify trends to inform recruitment strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a collaborative hiring process.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiations and closing candidates.
Workday Recruiting Module:
- Utilize the Workday Recruiting Module to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the system.
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to drive continuous improvement.
Digital Marketing and Media Hiring:
- Leverage your expertise in digital marketing and media recruitment to attract and hire top talent in these fields.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive in the talent market.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings in digital marketing and media.
Position Management:
- Manage a high volume of requisitions, typically between 15-20 positions simultaneously.
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet hiring deadlines and business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on digital marketing and media roles.
- Proven experience with the Workday Recruiting Module.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
