Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support the talent acquisition team to attract, engage and hire the very best talent into the organisation. This is a service delivery role partnering closely with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders to help ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role has a strong focus on candidate communication, candidate management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly in the digital marketing and media sectors.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct market research to understand the talent landscape and identify trends to inform recruitment strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a collaborative hiring process.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiations and closing candidates.

Workday Recruiting Module:

  • Utilize the Workday Recruiting Module to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the system.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to drive continuous improvement.

Digital Marketing and Media Hiring:

  • Leverage your expertise in digital marketing and media recruitment to attract and hire top talent in these fields.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive in the talent market.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings in digital marketing and media.

Position Management:

  • Manage a high volume of requisitions, typically between 15-20 positions simultaneously.
  • Prioritize and manage workload to meet hiring deadlines and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on digital marketing and media roles.
  • Proven experience with the Workday Recruiting Module.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
