Candidate Specifications:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Location: District Centre, Janakpuri, West Delhi

Qualification - Graduate or MBA

Experience - 1-5 Years in Recruitment or TA Functions

Working Mode - Work from Office

Office Timing - 09:30 am - 6:30 pm (Monday-Friday), 2 Saturdays Off

Gender: Male / Female Both can apply if have necessary experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Linkedin), social media, referrals, internal databases, and field recruitment.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for assigned positions
  • Source 5-10 Relevant Resumes daily from various sources on assigned positions
  • Strong follow-up and coordination with candidates

2. Screening & Selection

  • Review resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  • Assess candidates technical skills, experience, stability, and behavioural fit for manufacturing environments.
  • Coordinate technical rounds and interviews with client HR teams.

3. Coordination & Requirement Management

  • Understand job specifications, workforce planning, and hiring priorities from clients.
  • Share timely updates, interview schedules, candidate feedback, and recruitment progress reports.

4. Recruitment Operations

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, documentation, background checks, and onboarding protocols for manufacturing setups.
  • Support mass recruitment, walk-ins, and on-site hiring events.


5. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain candidate MIS, recruitment trackers, and Daily/weekly/monthly recruitment status reports.
  • Track metrics like time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and sourcing channel effectiveness.


6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Represent the staffing firm and client brands professionally in all interactions.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience from first contact to joining.
