Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier talent. The specialist will design and implement employer branding strategies and collaborate with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. Other responsibilities include conducting interviews, developing recruitment plans, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and the ability to manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes seamlessly specially in Blue collar hiring
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting, with a focus on selecting and engaging top-tier talent
• Proficiency in developing Employer Branding initiatives to attract and retain employees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment software, CRM tools, or applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring teams and adapt in a dynamic environment
