Earthful is a Shark Tank-backed, plant-based nutrition brand on a mission to make nutrition less intimidating with nothing but nature. We make iron from curry leaves, vitamin C from amla, and supplements that people actually trust. 95,000+ Instagram followers, 5 Crore raised, and a team that moves fast with high standards.
We are scaling our team across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing and we need someone who can find exceptional people, not just manage a pipeline of applicants.
This is a sourcing role. Your job is to find great people not wait for them to find us.
Role at a Glance
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid in-office 3 days/week)
Compensation: 7 11 LPA (based on demonstrated sourcing track record)
Joining: Immediate
Reporting to: Founders directly
Scope: All hiring across procurement, operations, supply chain, marketing, brand
Team size: Solo TA function you own it end to end
What You Will Actually Do
This is not a job description you read and then post on job portals. Your daily work looks like this:
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Open LinkedIn every morning with a sourcing brief not an inbox full of applications
- Build Boolean search strings on the spot for any role procurement, supply chain, social media, brand, tech
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Premium, or free filters creatively to surface passive candidates who are not applying anywhere
- Source on IIM Jobs for mid-to-senior specialist and management profiles know how to filter, not just search
- Tap your personal network proactively you should be connecting people you know to roles before a brief even lands
- Build warm pipelines for roles 23 months ahead of hiring not just reactive role-by-role sourcing
Outreach & Candidate Engagement
- Write InMail and WhatsApp outreach that candidates actually respond to not copy-paste JD blasts
- Have real conversations with passive candidates understand their situation, sell the role honestly, qualify them sharply
- Maintain a CRM or tracker of every candidate touched status, response, next step, follow-up date
Screening & Shortlisting
- Screen profiles against role-specific criteria sharply salary fit, actual ownership vs. designation, industry relevance
- Conduct first-round screening calls that get to the point within 10 minutes
- Deliver shortlists to the founders with a clear brief on each candidate why they fit, what to probe, what the risk is
- Push back when a brief is unrealistic you are a partner to the business, not an order-taker
Employer Brand & Posting
- Write JDs that attract the right people and filter out the wrong ones honest, specific, and Earthful-toned
- Post strategically on LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, and Naukri and know which platform works for which role type
- Track sourcing metrics weekly: profiles approached, response rate, shortlist conversion, time to fill
Non-Negotiable Requirements
We will not move forward with candidates who do not meet all of the following:
- 01 3,000+ first-degree LinkedIn connections with a strong concentration in FMCG, D2C, supply chain, marketing, and operations we will ask to see your LinkedIn profile early in the process
- 02 Hands-on Boolean search experience you can write a search string for any role brief without Googling how. We will test this.
- 03 Proven sourcing track record you have found and placed candidates who were not actively applying. You can name them, describe how you found them, and what the outcome was.
- 04 Experience on IIM Jobs not just awareness, actual sourcing and shortlisting of management and specialist profiles.
- 05 >2 years of in-house TA experience agency recruiting experience alone is not sufficient. We need someone who has owned hiring for a brand or company directly.
Strong Advantage (Not Mandatory, But Will Separate You)
- You have sourced for roles in D2C, FMCG, wellness, food & nutrition, or consumer brands you know the talent landscape in this space
- You have hired for procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing roles categories Earthful is actively hiring in right now
- You have a habit of maintaining relationships with great profiles even when there is no open role for them
- You have used LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or full Recruiter seat and know how to squeeze results out of a basic Premium account when you don't have a paid seat
- You know the difference between a candidate who managed a team and one who built something and you can spot it in a 15-minute call
This Is Not the Right Role If You...

- Rely primarily on inbound applications from job postings that is 20% of this job, not 80%
- Have never sourced a passive candidate who was not actively looking
- Need a structured team, defined playbooks, or a manager who sets your weekly priorities
- Come from a pure agency background and have not worked in-house at a brand or company
- Are expecting a 60-day ramp-up period we need someone who can open a role brief on Day 1 and start sourcing by Day 2
- Have fewer than 2,000 LinkedIn connections concentrated in relevant industries
- Are looking for a role that includes payroll, compliance, onboarding, engagement surveys, or HR operations this is purely talent acquisition and sourcing
