We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and offer management. The role involves driving strategic hiring initiatives, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
2. Identify and engage active as well as passive candidates using job portals, social platforms, and professional networks.
3. Collaborate with business and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
4. Conduct detailed candidate assessments focusing on technical fit, leadership capabilities, and cultural alignment.
5. Build strong talent pipelines and maintain regular candidate engagement.
6. Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights including talent trends and compensation benchmarks.
7. Strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.

Requirements

1. 28 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with strong exposure to headhunting.
2. Experience managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment with strong closure capability.
3. Strong understanding of sourcing strategies across digital platforms and professional networks.
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
5. Target-driven and detail-oriented approach toward recruitment delivery.
