Job Description
We are hiring for our client in the Water Treatment industry and are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who can handle Talent Acquisition along with HR Generalist responsibilities.
Position: HR Executive Talent Acquisition & GeneralistLocation: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3+ years (Domestic Hiring)
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end Talent Acquisition for technical & non-technical roles
- Support HR Generalist activities (joining formalities, documentation, coordination, basic HR processes)
- Strong domestic hiring exposure
- Efficient handling of HR processes with quick turnaround time
- Maintaining HR data, trackers & reports using MS Excel
- Coordination with hiring managers & internal stakeholders
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and employee communication
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Smart, proactive, and process-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and close positions quickly
