Required Skills:
- Prior experience and proven expertise recruiting for various departments (Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, Practice, HR, Marketing, IT, Finance & Operations roles)
- 5+ years of strong proven recruitment background.
- 5+ years of Corporate Talent Acquisition experience.
- 5+ Talent Sourcing, Acquisition & Management background.
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience (requirement clarification & understanding, sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer closing and onboarding)
- 5+ years of strong expertise in following recruitment process and documentation.
- End to End Recruiting life cycle experience.
- Experience working with ATS.
- LinkedIn and Job Board experience.
- Strong experience with sourcing using various techniques but not limited to Boolean search strings.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Great personality
- Good attitude
- Highly motivated.
- Technology Understanding is a huge plus.
- Prior experience supporting US, Canada, Mexico & LATAM Hiring for IT Staffing & IT Services organizations.
