Role Overview:

Were seeking a driven and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. As a key part of our People function, youll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across technical and non-technical roles. Youll own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from employer branding and pipeline building to interviews and offer rollouts.

What Youll Do:

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (tech, product, design, operations, etc.)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks
  • Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates to ensure strong functional and cultural fit
  • Drive coordination across interview panels and ensure smooth candidate experience from first contact to offer
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipelines, and dashboards using ATS tools
  • Support employer branding efforts through social media, events, and outreach initiatives
  • Collaborate with the team on onboarding and workforce planning

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and deliver on tight timelines
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, boolean search, and creative outreach
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills, both with candidates and hiring managers
  • Familiarity with Excel & Spreadsheets.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
  • Bonus: Exposure to bulk hiring, tech hiring, or startup recruiting
