Talent Acquisition Specialist

Were looking for a proactive and result-oriented Headhunter/Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6 month - 1 year of experience to identify, engage, and close top talent across various roles and industries. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Hunting: Actively source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fi t.

Client Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements and expectations.

Interview Management: Schedule, coordinate, and manage interview rounds and feedback loops.

Negotiation & Closure: Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS or internal trackers.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor moves.

Requirements

Proven experience in headhunting or talent acquisition (preferably in tech).

Strong experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Working Schedule: 6 days a week.
