Job Description:



Key Responsibilities


  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions
  • Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess suitability and interest
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and Panels
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
  • Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination
  • Adhere to recruitment timelines and quality standards
  • Contribute to delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant


Eligibility Criteria


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Good coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Technical recruitment
