About the Company: We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 23 years of experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients. The role requires strong knowledge of the US recruitment process, job portals, and excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and clients during US business hours.

Responsibilities:



  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates through phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Submit qualified candidates to clients within the required timelines.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and ensure candidate onboarding documentation is completed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.



Required Skills:



  • 23 years of experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing.
  • Strong experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder.
  • Good understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet submission targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.



Preferred Skills:



  • Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment databases.
