Jr.Domestic It Recruiters Duties and Responsibilities: -

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr.Domestic IT Recruiters with 1 to 4 years of experience located in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Domestic IT Recruiter with 2 years of experience located in Hyderabad.

*You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for C2H positions within the Domestic. Your job will involve searching for potential candidates and delivering high-quality service to clients.

IT recruiters are in charge of developing and putting into action a talent pipeline, which will be used to recruit a large pool of talent. They offer organisations the essential confidence that they need to hire the candidates who are competent and equipped to handle their technological requirements. Other responsibilities of an IT recruiter include:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate.
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates using various job boards, social media, and other creative sourcing methods
• Ability to work with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions and requirements
• Understanding of the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies
• Work together with employers to better understand the key requirements for a position.
• Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates.
• Make sure that the potential employees have necessary IT skills to meet client needs
• Screen IT experts in a very specialised manner in order to determine their competency.
• Remain at the forefront of the most recent market trend
• Set up interviews between the employer and the potential candidate.
• Illustrate the benefits of the companys pay plan and aid in navigating any negotiations over
