Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

Follow up with candidates during the hiring process

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment process

Job Description:

We are hiring US IT Recruiters who can source and recruit candidates for IT roles in the United States market.

Responsibilities:

Source IT candidates using portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed

Understand client technical requirements

Conduct candidate screening and technical evaluation

Coordinate interviews with US clients

Manage candidate pipeline and submissions

Negotiate rates and manage onboarding process

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of IT technologies is a plus

Experience in US staffing preferred (Freshers can apply)
