Role Description

This is a on-site role based in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Professional at BCCL. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders. The professional will develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-quality candidates while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining hiring metrics, building and strengthening the employer brand, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment processes, and workforce planning
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external candidates
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and best practices
• Proficiency in candidate assessment, interview techniques, and evaluation methods
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the media industry, will be advantageous
