Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding hiring requirements from department heads.
- Preparing and posting job descriptions on job portals and social media.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, references, and internal databases.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
- Coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluating candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and role requirements.
- Managing interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Conducting reference checks and salary negotiations.
- Issuing offer letters and coordinating onboarding process.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and implement skill development programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any Bachelors degree/ MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience in handling -Technical hiring/ IT / Non-IT
- Knowledge of recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Good understanding of job market trends and salary benchmarking.
- Experience in bulk hiring, ability to handle multiple positions hiring simultaneously.
- Strong experience in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Strong in usage of MS word, MS Excel and Power point
- Knowledge of ZOHO is added advantage.
- Experience in Training & Development.
