Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding hiring requirements from department heads.
  • Preparing and posting job descriptions on job portals and social media.
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, references, and internal databases.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Evaluating candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and role requirements.
  • Managing interview schedules and follow-ups.
  • Conducting reference checks and salary negotiations.
  • Issuing offer letters and coordinating onboarding process.
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and implement skill development programs.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Any Bachelors degree/ MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment


Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience in handling -Technical hiring/ IT / Non-IT
  • Knowledge of recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Good understanding of job market trends and salary benchmarking.
  • Experience in bulk hiring, ability to handle multiple positions hiring simultaneously.
  • Strong experience in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Strong in usage of MS word, MS Excel and Power point
  • Knowledge of ZOHO is added advantage.
  • Experience in Training & Development.
