This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role includes managing full-life cycle recruitment, from identifying and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and guiding hiring decisions. Responsibilities also involve enhancing employer branding, collaborating with teams to understand hiring needs, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Additional tasks include building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

• Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing and candidate management
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring processes
• Experience in Employer Branding and attracting talent through innovative strategies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is advantageous
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
