Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, local networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Work closely with the store leadership team to understand role requirements.
  • Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment dashboards.
  • Provide weekly updates to HR leadership on recruitment activities and challenges.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises and develop competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to Retail function, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with company goals.


Key Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate hiring (retail/fashion/D2C is a win).
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and local job boards.
  • Super organized, proactive, and driven - you dont wait to be told what to do.
  • Ready to wear multiple hats and build from the ground up.
