Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, local networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Work closely with the store leadership team to understand role requirements.
- Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment dashboards.
- Provide weekly updates to HR leadership on recruitment activities and challenges.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises and develop competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to Retail function, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
Key Skills & Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate hiring (retail/fashion/D2C is a win).
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and local job boards.
- Super organized, proactive, and driven - you dont wait to be told what to do.
- Ready to wear multiple hats and build from the ground up.
