We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who want to build their career in the Recruitment / HR industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, interest in calling and interacting with candidates, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements by discussing job qualifications and employment terms with hiring managers.
• Create and post detailed job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for open roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
• Maintain and update the candidate database for future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment activities and report hiring metrics.
• Act as a bridge between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication.

• Willingness to work in a target-based recruitment environment
