Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: Freshar - 6 Months
Location: Ahmedabad

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who want to build their career in the Recruitment / HR industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, interest in calling and interacting with candidates, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements by discussing job qualifications and employment terms with hiring managers.
- Create and post detailed job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for open roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
- Maintain and update the candidate database for future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment activities and report hiring metrics.
- Act as a bridge between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good networking and convincing abilities
- Willingness to work in a target-based recruitment environment
