Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Title: Account Manager - RPO

Location: Gurgaon - DLF Cyber City

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Professional to be deputed at our esteemed client's location(A Big 4 Consulting Firm). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while ensuring alignment with the clients hiring goals, compliance policies, and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an on-site recruitment partner, owning the full-cycle recruitment process for client requirements.
• Liaise with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand job roles, business needs, and organizational goals.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates in coordination with interview panels.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports with a focus on SLA adherence and delivery timelines.
• Provide regular updates to client stakeholders on open positions, pipeline status, and market insights.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely feedback, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams and delivery heads to align with broader goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end IT /Non IT recruitment
• Strong experience in Stakeholder Management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment reporting tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven mindset

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus
