Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead (Healthcare) - RPO Focus

Location: Mumbai


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our healthcare talent sourcing initiatives within an RPO framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, aligning staffing strategies with organizational goals, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience across all healthcare roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities for healthcare positions, including clinical, medical, administrative, and support roles.
  • Collaborate with the RPO partner to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies tailored to healthcare talent needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance, compliance, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical healthcare roles to ensure timely staffing.
  • Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, assessment, and onboarding within the healthcare domain.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and organizational policies.
  • Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, talent market dynamics, and innovative recruitment techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare recruitment.
  • Proven experience working with RPO providers or in an RPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry hiring practices, regulations, and credentialing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools.
