Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to source and assess niche technical talent across IT and Automotive (Embedded, AUTOSAR, Functional Safety, Diagnostics, Testing).
- Proven experience managing endtoend recruitment for IT and Automotive roles.
- Excellent candidate engagement capabilitiesbuilding rapport, maintaining consistent communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
- Support with interview coordination, including scheduling, followups, and ensuring a smooth process flow.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
