Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter US Staffing with strong exposure to US open market hiring. The role involves end-to-end US recruitment, H-1B and project transfer handling, and thorough candidate due diligence to ensure high-quality submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Source qualified candidates from the US open market using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
• Identify and generate H-1B transfer and project transfer candidates with transfer readiness
• Match candidates to client requirements based on skills, experience, availability, location, and rate
• Handle end-to-end US recruitment from sourcing to candidate submission

Candidate Due Diligence

• Resume validation and experience verification
• Technical and functional screening
• Immigration status verification (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, H-1B)
• Employment history and documentation checks

Employer Branding

• Represent the company professionally with candidates and consultants
• Promote company branding and employer value proposition
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes
• Hands-on experience hiring US Citizens, GC, EAD, and H-1B consultants
• Good understanding of H-1B transfers and project transfers
• Ability to manage full-cycle US recruitment independently

Preferred Skills

• IT / Technology staffing experience
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
