Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions
• Drive strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals and growth roadmaps
• Actively headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding
• Track hiring metrics, maintain ATS data, and optimize hiring processes
• Strengthen employer branding through market insights and talent engagement

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Strategic Hiring
• Proven expertise in headhunting & lateral hiring, especially for niche and high-impact roles
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative hiring approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing tools
• A proactive mindsetsomeone who takes ownership, not instructions
