Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional with 45 years of experience who can handle end-to-end recruitment along with supporting HR operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and experience managing hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals like Naukri.com and professional networks like LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely hiring
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication

HR Activities:

• Support employee onboarding and induction processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in HR operations and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related processes
• Ensure smooth joining formalities for new employees

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Good understanding of HR Generalist / HR Operations activities
• Experience sourcing through job portals and social platforms
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
