Profile: Executive Talent Acquisition
Job Summary:
- Oversee and support recruitment team members.
- Offer mentoring, training, and professional development whenever needed.
- Delivering Self & Monitoring team performance to ensure achieving hiring goals.
- Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
- Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases LinkedIn, Naukri etc.
- Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, and education, and inform them of the positions duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions
- Interview candidates consolidating different techniques.
- Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates on recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Competency Requirement:
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
- Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
- Parse particular skills and capabilities to screen IT and Non IT resumes
- Assess the abilities of the applicant by pre-screening calls.
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Outstanding technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
