Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations.
- Release offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities.
Employer Branding
- Promote company culture on social media platforms.
- Maintain talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure positive candidate engagement and experience.
Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Share weekly/monthly hiring reports.
- Track offer acceptance ratio and joining ratio.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing strategies.
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience (preferred).
Experience in marketing agency will be preferred.
