About the Role : Intern (3 to 6 months) with full-time opportunity


We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern (with full-time opportunity based on performance) to support our recruitment team in managing end-to-end hiring activities. This internship provides practical exposure to real-time recruitment processes and helps build a strong foundation in talent acquisition.



Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels
  • Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback collection
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus/recruitment drives
  • Assist with HR documentation and recruitment reporting
