About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Recruiter (Contractual) to support the ACG Inspection hiring requirements. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring timely closures and an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment along with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely and quality hiring closures.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

Coordination & Communication

  • Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and hiring panel members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support documentation and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.

Employee Engagement (Contractual Support)

  • Plan and support employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Assist in executing events, communication, and engagement calendars as required.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT hiring (mandatory 2 to 3 years)
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates with strong follow-up and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
