About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior consulting positions. With 6-10 years of experience, you will drive strategic hiring initiatives, optimize ATS processes, and deliver data-backed talent pipelines to fuel our growth in India and globally.

Reporting to the Head of TA, you will collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to build high-caliber teams for complex projects.


Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for junior to senior level roles across service-lines, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

Develop and execute talent strategies, including market mapping, employer branding, and diversity hiring for Big 4 caliber talent pools.

Oversee ATS implementations and optimizations (e.g., Talent Recruit), ensuring seamless candidate tracking and compliance with GDPR/DPDP regulations.

Analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness.

Partner with hiring managers and sourcers to refine requisitions, conduct interviews, and close offers for passive C-level and executive candidates.

Mentor junior recruiters, drive process improvements, and stay abreast of TA trends like AI sourcing and predictive analytics.


Required Qualification, Skills & Competencies

6-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition within consulting, professional services, or Big 4 firms; staffing agency leadership a plus.

Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business, or related field; certifications or LinkedIn Recruiter advantageous.

Proven track record managing high-volume, senior-level hires with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS systems.

Strong data analytics skills for TA reporting and forecasting; familiarity with HR tech stacks (e.g., AI tools) preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication for engaging executives and cross-functional teams.

Strategic mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
