Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Talent Acquisition Partner. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, executing recruitment strategies, and promoting employer branding to help attract top talent. The role requires active communication with candidates and stakeholders to ensure an optimal hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
• Strong skills in Communication and collaboration with candidates and hiring teams
• Knowledge of Employer Branding to effectively promote the organization as an employer of choice
• Ability to develop and execute efficient and effective hiring strategies
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience with talent acquisition in a tech or fast-paced environment is a plus
