Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Talent Acquisition Partner. The Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee and execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and sourcing qualified candidates. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong employer branding, managing the hiring pipeline, and utilizing effective communication strategies to attract top talent. The role also involves fostering relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess suitability
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus or bulk hiring drives when required
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation processes
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs


Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in non-tech talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including job portals, LinkedIn, and social hiring
  • Experience handling multiple non-tech roles across different departments or industries
  • Ability to evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies
  • Ability to manage hiring targets within defined timelines
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Experience with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data-driven hiring strategies
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
