As a Talent Acquisition Partner GTM , you will own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles and act as a trusted partner to business leaders to close high-impact positions quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities


  • End-to-End Hiring Ownership: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles including Sales, Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and other revenue-facing roles.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and creative sourcing methods to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience: Drive seamless interview processes while delivering an excellent candidate experience from first touch to offer closure.
  • Offer Management & Closures: Lead offer discussions, negotiations, and ensure timely closures aligned with business needs.
  • Hiring Metrics & Reporting: Track hiring progress, closure ratios, TATs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Employer Branding & Referrals: Support referral programs and contribute to employer branding initiatives for GTM hiring.


What Were Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably hiring GTM / Sales / Business / Marketing roles
  • Strong exposure to high-volume and fast-paced hiring
  • Proven ability to close roles independently
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and ATS tools
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a high-growth environment
