Key Responsibilitie

• s:Lead, motivate, and manage the TA Operations team to ensure seamless TA operation
• s.Oversee end-to-end TA coordination for senior-level and confidential positions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout the proces
• s.Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex cases within the TA Operations tea
• m.Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experienc
• e.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all recruitment processe
• s.Monitor team performance, provide coaching and training, and foster a collaborative team environmen
• t.Continuously review and improve TA operations processes for efficiency and effectivenes
• s.Prepare and present regular reports and updates to department heads and senior leadershi

Requiremen
